Didn't you get the idea that this post was about aggressivity? And what you're doing? You persist on that by playing the same coin and falling to the back-side of it? I really don't care about your ideas that insist to be clever with this kind of attitude you've got. Unfortunately, you did have numerous conversations with hive watchers to the point you're one of them. And you made that pretty clear.

You are free to do as you like though, as others are free to downvote/upvote anyone for any reason. Isn't that what freedom means?

Thank you for doing a decent job of weighing in on this situation. The points you have made clearly make things plain as to what is alright and what isn't alright on the Hive Blockchain.

I'm always of the mind that someone should be innocent until proven guilty however and that puts real weight on the process's we use to identify plagiarism and theft of media content. 

It is my opinion that we need to put further effort, thought, and awareness into how we go about these aspects of maintaining our blockchains integrity. If we are not careful we will only create an environment where it is to unfriendly to invite our friends, family, and famous.

I am not here to judge if someone is right or wrong on either side... But I am concerned about *how* we are reaching our verdicts on these sorts of things.

I believe that the way we go about our determinations is just as important as our ultimate decisions are.

We should also give some thought as to how we can weigh out consequences. What I mean by this is... What exactly does it mean to be black listed? And could that not be levied out on a sliding scale of severity so as to make a point but not level the playing field we all stand upon?

Another consideration should be... How can we make use of our DPoS system to vote on the outcomes of cases of plagiarism... collectively as a *community.* 

Rather than one entity being the police, judge, and jury I think that it might be wiser to proceed by separation of these aspects of identification and protocol.

So yes.

The good thing about all the gaps that form (like these ones) while we innovate the future of the Hive blockchain is that we all have an opportunity to step into those gaps as owners... Hive is a living project which means that we can change and adjust the things that need to improve as we identify what those values actually are.

I think that how @hivewatchers is going about it's implementation of Hive integrity and safety is commendable buuuuuut also increasingly inadequate if we are honest and want to continue to say that we are a decentralized solution to an increasingly censored world.

Hey man... Although I understand the passion behind your words I hope that you realize that how we conduct ourselves on the Hive Blockchain matters. 

It is my goal to spread good will everywhere I go... and although not every situation is bound to be within bounds... that doesn't mean we have to conduct ourselves in an unsportsmanlike way. 

Let's all do our utmost to be as friendly as possible... If we don't prioritize this... then Hive will no longer be a welcoming and friendly place for people to human. 

We all need to keep this in mind.

This is such an undesired behavior in Hive...for some of us at least. It just comes from wickedness, envy, and frustration.
