Thanks. I tried to buy 2 packs now with funds in my swap.hive to cover, but got this: "There was an error broadcasting this transaction: : decimals == 3: Incorrect decimal places" Did you come across this by any chance?

I did not get that error, but try tomorrow and see if it works. Other than that, usually it's good to try and contact someone on Discord but I don't see a channel on either PAL or Splinterlands discord servers for DefiDojo. Maybe it has its own discord?
