You can probably find the transaction where they changed their withdraw routes in the transaction history api, or simply block explorer.

They will not clarify about it, they'd rather pretend that their money is locked. You shouldn't trust these people, they are more evil than Justin Sun (he's just a 80 IQ chinaman)
