Is there a way we can leave some non-hive way for these folks to contact us? I don't know who my person is and it would be helpful if they were to reach out when making an account so that I could capitalize on that momentum. ETA: like maybe if there was "A Message From Your Sponsor" that could pop up as soon as their account was created. That way they could reach out to me via another means like Twitter and I would be able to delegate them some power and walk them through their 1st post.
