THanks @seanlloyd We have been thinking of online courses as a next step. I also see your into web development and blockchain. Do you do any coding related to blockchain. I am thinking to start a little project, would love to bounce some ideas off someone whos knows a bit about that sort of thing.

I haven't done any blockchain development (beyond writing some Steemit upvote bots). I've been slowly working my way through _Mastering Bitcoin_ by Andreas Antonopolous to learning programming concepts with the blockchain, but am not there ... yet.
