You have to start with something ... Kit or not kit. This is the first time that I try to brew beer it is easier to start with a kit to understand the main principles.

I've actually done a lot of reading on the topic and I think I'm ready to give it a shot without a kit with some locally sourced ingredients. But I guess I lack the dedication.
