Despite the fact that the current trend seems to indicate that we have a bear market, new ICOs are still appearing. Many people think that "free money" is made on STEEM, but it is not true, if someone thinks so, they do not respect their time and their work put into participation in the community. However, these "free money" have their consequences, many decide to invest in so-called ICO, initial coin offering or ITO, initial token offering one thing has many names.

# Technological knowledge
To get a good assessment of ICO you need to have at least a minimum of technological knowledge and knowledge about cryptocurrencies and everything that is associated with it. Many users have zero understanding of concepts on which cryptocurrencies are based and do not devote time or can not find the right materials to understand these concepts.

In the opinion of many people, no good project based on ICO has yet been created, but many bad projects have been created and one of them was certainly INS. Another example is the ICO that was promoted by Messi which raised over $ 100 million but this did not reflect the investors' profits
