This one is plain and simple, the temperature changing is a no issue, that's an average, and that alone says it subject to change, or it would be a constant. But most importantly its not something solved by a tax, those funds would be so diluted down by the end it would not help. If that tax money was to go right to people that already help, then i would say ok, those people who do it for love of the planet, ocean, forests. But no, that money would go to some big corp, commercials patting themselves on the back, and use huge boats with fuel. Read the Pause buster  papers and listen to the lead scientist. He sort of spells it out for you.
