I recently got in to running but seem to get a bad knee when I do too much... so I need to get that sorted to get the full benefits. And yes, running is *absolutely* a form or meditation (ideally you would do that too) and I would say more of a mental game than anything. And it's easy to do, no equipment needed etc. I guess it all comes down to the individual and what works for them... but definitely worth a try!
