My friend @sauravrungta you are just co-relating **potential** with **profession**. As Genius word symbolizes perfection in particular field and you are shortlisting the things which is not included in their profession. For example, **A software engineer is doing his work exceptionally well but you are criticizing him by saying that he is not good in repairing cars** this is not a valid point because he is not a automobile engineer to repair cars he is a software engineer. My point is same every person who do exceptionally great things in their feild are Genius. 

Likewise, example you provided Steve Jobs is exceptionally phenomenal in innovation field so he is Genius and Stephen Gary Wozniak is great in his own field and my friend Wozniak is Genius too. Do some more research.
