I have went through this with many people.  Especially when talking about Anti-Vax.   - Coincidentally, I had this conversation with my GM as well.  He really wants everyone to come back to the office,  whereas I prefer having everyone work from home. (He will win - eventually)

Basically, if you are not Anti-Vax.  Then, you will (hopefully) be asymmetrically carrying the virus as you socialize without masks (better yet, not have it at all).   If you do run into folks that choose not to Vax,  then, they will play Covid Roulette to decide if they "die like a panting asthmatic dog in the Spanish sun",  have a rough couple of days/weeks or simply build up their anti-bodies naturally.

In this case, the Anti-Vaxer's don't pose much of a threat to the Vaxer's.

On a related note, I got my second jab today.  So hopefully I'll be able to start travelling again.
