@calader24p I totally agree with this, in fact, in the UK a court ruled that Uber Drivers were classified as full time employees and therefore must be paid minimum wage by their employee. Uber are appealing the ruling... We don't really have the same sort of tipping culture here as in the USA, tips are never really expected as a type of service charge.
