I like your concept of asking this simple question since I think that asking ourselves the right questions will always help us during the time of crisis. One question I learned to ask myself when I am dealing with difficulties is "What's in it for me?" Meaning what is the benefit of this struggle I am going through right now. Great post.

I think the struggles builds us into emotionally stronger people, so we are able to conquer more challenges later on. After all, everything is filled with struggles, and nothing worth getting comes easy :)
