Does the "10000 hours" theory will make you suceed?

Wang Xiao says she could have started the theory of &nbsp;10000 hours earlier. It one of the most five matters she regretted not having done at the age of 20.<br>
Is the "10000 hours" theory really so important and benificial?The fowllowing ideas are from &nbsp;Wu Jun's book----Insight.<br>
The "10000 hours" theory is a necessary, but not a sufficient condition to be successful.<br>
The IQ, luck, historical backgroud,familyand living enviroment are all important factors of being successful.<br>
In terms to enviroment of family and living, the anthor says he is aginst the idea that a good education means a head start from starting line. Because education a &nbsp;is life-long matter. If there was a starting line, it is the parents' insight.<br>
From the aspect of educating next generation, the lack of insight, love and discipline is more terrible than impovershment to a family.<br>
The gifted and lucky person should spend 10000 hours in the first place, if they want to be outstanding.<br>
During practice the theory, we should avoid the meaningless repetition, including sucess and failure. We must learn from every try and be open to more knowledges. And our professional knowledge should be systematic.<br>
To make full use of the 10000 huors theory, the author puts forward three methods of his own.<br>
Firstly, set up "vision--objectives--ways". Five years later, what do you want to rely on to make a living?What are your periodical targets ang practical ways?<br>
Secondly, learn from the different opinions and agree with the disagree. Be open in mind.<br>
Thirdly, record what you do in case of forgetting and losing.<br>
