Nither The world is unburned nor Man is immortal. The world will end once and no man will live for ever. But, obviously the time will stands on it's own backbone. The thought that you have may not have your future generation. In this short life you must have to know better thing and obviously have to earn the knowledge that your past generation earned. 

The process you can earn more knowledge is To read book.
Book is the store house of knowledge.  No one in this world can discover himself without reading books .  The more you read the more you learn. And??  And what?/ 
Yes, You can right your good and quality thought about the world,  nature and the planet. It will help next generation to do something to know better from you. So, Book makes the connection between generation to generation.  It works like a bridge to us. 

For this reason  I think that we have to read book more and more to know about the world and to work on it,  so that we can build a quality planet for our future generation.
