To have sharp memory we need a healthy mind and a healthy minds stays in healthy body. I do care alot for my health. I exercise daily and walk alot everyday. I ensure to cross 10k steps daily and drink water every hour and even sometimes twice in hour. I even drink when I am not even feeling thirsty as I keep water bottle at my desk. Its convenient to drink water whenever i want because sometimes going to cafeteria makes me feel lazy. Thanks @chbartist for writing post about health. Appreciate it.
