Our mind is very sharp and we should control our emotions. There is high possibility that sometimes we can't control but that's ok being a human. 
Dear friend @chbartist
I also wanted to notify that the list which you use to notify me and other friends to notify about your posts, many people are misusing it. Now sure whether they are aware of not that they are not supposed to use this list of people and mention in their poor posts. 
Hope you're aware about it and will take preventive action.
