Preparation, logical assessment, visualisation, deep breathing and not thinking about yourself are all positive ways to battle anxiety. I practised these today before I had a music session I was nervous about. It actually went really well and I didn’t talk too much. I kept reminding myself about what I had visualised earlier and to my surprise it all went smoothly.
