Answering your points in order:
* sleeping is currently not planned but if we change prices we may once sleep. The plan is to leave vp to the open market. 
* A second bot means only half the sp per bot and many complications. And it will not solve the vp situation. 
* We are thinking about a limit, what would you suggest? 
* we have to wait for the reward pool to be a bit more stable till that works. But if that is generally wanted then we will see what we can do!
