I just want to mention that GMuxx didn't enter this of his own idea. I recommended he do it, because I think the content of his article could be helpful to a lot of people. And the best way to get that content out where people who can benefit can see it is through the MSP account. I wasn't sure it counted if someone else entered it, so I pushed him to enter it himself. ;-)
