PLEASE HELP !!! Just bought some Steem on Bittrex, but not sure how to convert it to Steem Power

Hello everybody,
I registered yesterday on Steemit and I am sure that this
platform have very big potential and its very useful.

I just bought 75 Steem coin on Bittrex and want to turn it to 
Steem power and lock them for 2 years to grow, but I am not sure
how to do this. If someone can write me short tutorial 
or share some link with instructions, I will appreciate it.
