Vertices & Webs..
<center>**A couple of images shot in the south of Portugal with a lens that I hardly use. Don't ask me why I just don't, despite it being the most expensive manual lens I ever got (at least so far).**</center>

<center>**Both these images are from an old hand washing tank, now being used as a simple water reservoir.**</center>

<center>**Since this Zeiss is know for being tack sharp and for having a very short minimal focus distance I decided to try my luck with few closeup attempts.**</center>

<center>**This first image is one of them. It's one of the tanks's vertices.**</center>

<center>**Besides being used as a water reservoir this tank is also a sort of plant stand, with few potted plants on it.**</center>

<center>**Normally where are plants there are also bugs, specially in a countryside area like the one where I photographed these.**</center>

<center>**While I was looking for any nice closeup opportunities I spotted this spiderweb, attached to the tank and to few branches from one of the plants around.**</center>

<center>**It could be sharper, I know, but as almost always I was shooting with the lens wide open, which doesn't give me much room to work with. Call me stubborn, I will eventually get it right. And even if I don't, the ride has been tremendously fun.**</center>
