<p>There are very few TV shows now that have lasted years. I have been watching game of thrones now for 6 years and I think it is one if the best TV shows ever made. That breaking bad and boardwalk empire . Of course there is one TV show that outlasts all of them. And it's the Simpsons . That has been going for more than 25 years now and it still has me watching it . </p>

Back before all of these reality shows were even a glimmer in their creators eye, Cops was on Fox every Saturday taking us out with the \"men and women of law enforcement\". </p>\n<p>I could watch every episode over and over again. It is always fun when you get to watch someone get tazed and a lot of the field sobriety tests are just hilarious. I probably do watch more TV than the average person, but I don't feel like it is too excessive. </p>\n<p>I try to watch the news a lot.</p>\n<p>The new show Live PD is pretty cool, but nothing beats the original. </p>\n<p>If you ever get the chance to watch an episode of Cops, you really should. Plus they have a kick butt theme song! The one with the lady that says she is a \"very polite vampire\" is one of my favorites. Not that I watch it every week. Just whenever I can't find anything new to watch, I'll go through an old season of Blackadder. </p>\n<p>Really great show for its time and it still holds up today, in my opinion at least. My favorite season is Blackadder Goes Forth, which tells the story of soldiers in WWI, in a pretty humorous way. You'll see a young Hugh Lauri as George and Stephen Fry as Lord Melchett. </p>\n<p>They try to do everything in their power to not be sent onto the battlefield, which makes it a bittersweet comedy at times. Though most episodes are pretty light hearted. </p>\n<p>Can definitely recommend that series to anyone who hasn't seen it yet! </p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"f3fp67dh5","appParentAuthor":"acesontop","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |

<p>Well these days I don't watch TV as much anymore, I'm usually just glued to a laptop screen or to my phone screen, but there are TV shows which I don't miss for any reason whatsoever!!!</p><p>My entire family with the exception of my old man are huge fans of Supernatural and we are eagerly waiting for 0ctober 11 to come so that we can start the next season. I remember when we all got hooked on Supernatural, I was probably no older than 16 or 17 back then. My elder brother collected a the entire first season from one of our neighbors and brought it for us to watch because he knew we liked sci-fi shows.</p><p>After watching the very first episode where Sam goes on a hunting trip with Dean, comes back and sees his girlfriend stuck to the ceiling, bleeding from her stomach right before she's engulfed by fire that seemed to emanate from her back, I knew I was hooked. I followed the show judiciously from season 1 all the way through the extremely shitty angel arcs down to the 13th season and now the 14th is almost here. </p><p>Another set of TV shows that I've been watching for years and are definitely going to keep me glued to my tv screen are the arrowverse TV shows, which are Arrow, The flash, Legends of Tomorrow and Super Girl, hopefully Black lightning will be able to join the arrowverse some day, but regardless it's still amongst the show's I'm looking forward to watching.</p><p>Seeing how these shows crossover with each other and interact has been something that I've looked forward to for the last couple of years and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon.</p><p>Finally, I couldn't leave out everybody's favourite son of God, Lucifer!!! So Lucifer has been one of my favourites for a while now, I'm a Christian so the name Lucifer should be met with distaste but the show is so good that I can't help but like him, well the character at least, so seeing as Netflix has renewed it for another season, I'm pretty sure my Netflix subscription is going to get renewed pretty soon.</p>
