We could not make love without he was being tired</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong>So I told him you have to do exercise..!!</strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp;and he &nbsp;started.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>My cousin is a personal trainer and told him that for some sedentary people it would be better not to invest a lot of money in gym trainers and other accessories at least the first 3 months of adaptation, and from there when he will gain resistance and a little strength it would be better to start weight training.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Then he agreed to do a cardio hit plan every morning and 40 minutes of running.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Then he started with the challenge of 100 push ups and different calisthenics exercises aimed at hypertrophy.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The first week almost died.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The third week he found the touch of calisthenics.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>By the second month I could do 300 push ups and 300 reps of each exercise, squats, chin ups and so on.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>At the end of the third month, he lost more than 10kg. and he looks very good</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Then he started doing weigth lifts now he has an addiction, he has to train every day.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>he became stronger and has better resistance.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Now he does 300 push ups to start his warm-up routine.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong>Now he is all a bull .. !! and i love it..!!</strong></p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"p3v5uje9x","appParentAuthor":"acesontop","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}"

Unless the challenge might cause an injury of course, then it is not so good.</p>\n<p>I like the idea of this challenge though, body weight exercises are some of the best that you can do. And push ups work such a wide range of muscles including your core if done right.</p>\n<p>In fact, I'm pretty keen to give this a go. Partly because I'm travelling a lot right now and push ups are easy to do in a hotel room.</p>\n<p>I imagine that you would see some pretty decent improvements in your fitness with 100 push ups a day. And you'll more than likely feel some pretty intense muscle soreness for the first week or so. That can deter some people from keeping it up but once you work through that first week you'll probably start seeing some nice progress.</p>\n<p>I'm going to start on this challenge today.
