<p>There are some things which just can't be controlled or tamed, Laughter is one of them. I try as much as possible to laugh every given time and that is why I engage on so many social media platforms as I'm sure to have a good laugh from some of them. I do not seek reasons to laugh. It just comes and I simply let it happen.</p>

<p>Laughter is the best medicine for the soul. As medicine is to the body, so is laughter to the soul. </p><p>Laughter actually even helps the body. When people laugh, there is a release of hormones that helps the body relax better. </p><p>I try to laugh as often as I can. I find fun in everyday events. I think this happens because I maintain a positive outlook to everything going on around me. </p><p>I really don't look for things that help me laugh. It comes unforced to me. Thankfully, I have been blessed with funny people around me. They are in my home, my church, online community. Just about everywhere there is something to make me laugh. </p><p>I'd like to emphasize though that there is time for everything. It's nice to imbibe some fun into every occasion, but you shouldn't go over the line. </p><p>Things should be done when it's there time. I've seen people watch Instagram videos all days just to catch one comedian or the other as he just drops a funny skit. You should know when to cut it. </p><p>Thanks for reading. </p>
