How does the Technology behind the Manufacture of Razor blades makes them so Sharp and Thin?

<p>The steel is bent over twice and is sent through a furnace multiple times to get the strength of the blade up. Every time it goes through a heating and cooling period strengthening the steel.</p>
<p>The edges are then ground with fine grinders sharpening the edges until finally it is honed using animal leather .This process enhances the sharpness of your blade.</p>
