json_metadata | "{"app":"musing/1.1","appTags":["Youths","Administration"],"appCategory":"Youths","appTitle":"Which is better equipped to tackle managerial and administrative Challenges: The Youths or the Matured; Why?","appBody":"<p><strong>I do believe that in business franchise, organisation and firms, successful companies and firm have kept the both, this is because they are both needed</strong> I do believe that they are both lacking and also rich in various perspectives and as a result of this if they are being utilised together then the best would actually come out because I feel they both have positives and negatives and embracing old and leaving the young or vice-versa will have side effects to this decision.</p>\n<p><em>For example I do think that young people tend to be innovative they tend to be daring and they also tend to be risky as a result of their sophisticated mentality, they're embracing better and newer approaches to doing things, but they do not consider their actions In a perception different from theirs.</em></p>\n<p><em>while older people tend to be more analystic more careful, they weigh in the risk and the losses and they have a very tactical approach of actually looking at things in different perspective at the same time they have experience which actually counts a whole lot they may not be innovative because it takes time to transit for older people.</em></p>\n<p>So if you look carefully you will see that older people are younger people have both their advantages and their disadvantages and <strong>embracing one angle would be like not having a 360 camera in order to view the world instead the selecting one would be like only looking at the world from one view</strong> so tackling managerial and administrative Challenges, should be a fusion of both the old and younger people because at the end of the day they will disagree to agree and actually do what is best for the company but I will totally advise against going for one of them instead you can have a board or a committee comprising of the both party.</p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"pkklb3ssq","appParentAuthor":"alaisguineasis","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |
