<p>I like this idea @cryptoandcoffee, this has given me something to think about, I was already on about adding more chicken dishes to the menu as all he has at the minute is fried chicken and it tastes horrible.</p><p>The grill he has in the shop is a flat top and not a gas or fire grill but I am thinking about getting a char grill to add more flavor to the meat.</p><p>I am in the UK, we have hundreds of takeaways there is one on every corner in the city but when you go to small villages you normally get one or two.</p><p>the idea like you have put is to start a trend.</p><p>The guy we are getting the takeaway from is already open and doing £3000 a week but out of this he has all his bills to pay including wages and doesn't leave him alot.</p><p>What I am wanting to do is make it so we can turn over £6000 just on a weekend.</p><p>I was working for another takeaway not to far from where I live and they would take £4000 per night in the week and on the weekend they would take £6000 a night. only reason I know all this is I was the one who did the cash up at the end of the night.</p><p>I was thinking about adding dinners to the menu, you know a choice of 3 meats and vegetables with a good old yorkshire pudding and stuffing. this to me would be a great thing to add as no one in the UK does this as a takeaway, pubs sell it through the week but this can be eaten in the comfort of your own home.</p><p>Love the ideas thank you </p>
