| json_metadata | "{"app":"musing/1.1","appTags":["#health","#mental","health"],"appCategory":"#health","appTitle":"How did you get rid of your depression?","appBody":"<p>Well based on my believe as a Christain am going to give my opinion on this question.</p><p>Depression is a spiritual bondage and it's a battle of the mind,it's a mental battle that requires the word of God to subdue and deliver such one from such situations.</p><p>A lot of young people are suffering from this spiritual effection called depression and many of them think it's a normal or natural cause but I dare say it's not but the hand work of the devil trying to destroy people's life through depression.</p><p>My advice is to get into God's word and his love and allow his word to change and transform you from in out.</p><p>Only God can really save people from this depression and no therapist can give you a real solution. Here is what the Bible says;</p><p>Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.</p><p>The greatest battle in life is the battle of the mind that's why we have to constantly renew our mind with the word of God because depression is a mental battle.</p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"f3jdg4z7w","appParentAuthor":"authentik","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |
