Simply put, if you reduce the amount of calories that you consume when you eat and it's less than the total number of calories that you use up in a day then you'll definitely lose weight.</p><p>Try eating low fat food which are more protein than carbs, eat more vegetables and avoid overly processed and canned foods. Avoid fried foods(they're extremely fattening), and stay away from red meat, stick with chicken and flee from beef.</p><p>Learn how to count your calories so that you can estimate just how much you're consuming with respect to how much you're using and adjust your diet accordingly.
