That's what makes their life very interesting. They keep rolling things ahead to overcome the challenge and reach the ultimate goal. If people are not going to consider challenges serious, then their journey towards success will also not be very serious. </p>\n<p>When I speak about challenges, I will accept only if the challenges are really meaningful. Some of the challenges the school kids face in their life are healthy because they have to undergo all those difficulties today to become a great person tomorrow. But at the same time, if there are some work difficulties and challenges for someone working in a factory, I feel that it should be sorted as soon as possible because the productivity is affected. So it gives a great learning to a person working in a company, it is not really good because the overall performance and productivity of the company is reduced.
