What is the best way to remain goodlooking ?
Get a good night’s sleep

Sleep gives your body a chance to refresh and rejuvenate it, and a lack of sleep can speed up the aging process. Be sure to get your full eight hours of sleep a night and give your body a chance to recover from its daytime exertions.

Cut down on sugar

My next suggestion for looking younger than your age is to cut down on sugar. Too much sugar is bad for you in many ways, but did you know that it can also be the cause of wrinkles? Cut back on sugary, sweet treats and cut out the soda, and you’ll be doing yourself and your body a big favor.

Drink lots of water

Not only does drinking water help you lose weight, but it helps your skin clear and glow, too. Aim for 2–3 liters (0.5–0.8 US gal) a day (some of it can be consumed in food). The bigger you are, the more water you should drink. Try to stay away from drinks that dehydrate you, like coffee and sodas. They're just sugary, empty calories anyway. Water is your best bet for being beautiful.

Eat more greens and reds

Vitamin K—in kale and other green vegetables—helps your blood coagulate, reducing the impact of bruising. Lycopene in tomatoes gives the skin powerful protection against UV rays.

Avoid stress

This may look difficult to do but then if you can master the art of keeping stress at bay, early signs of aging may also stay away from you. Too much stress has a bad effect on our body as well as on our skin which makes you look older than you actually are. You can indulge in meditation and yoga to control your stress levels. This will also make you a happier person which will surely show on your face.

Surround yourself with positive people

You may have noticed that there are some people who send positive vibes, while some others do the opposite. Try to stay away from people who are too critical or judgmental of you and, instead, spend time with those who actually appreciate you. You will notice that life is in a much better place that way. It will also make you smile wholeheartedly which is one more way of looking younger.

Smile and be positive!

It’s a fact of life that, as people get older, they smile less. A simple smile and a positive attitude can make a huge difference to how you look. Smiling relaxes your face muscles and wrinkles your face far less, than a frown does. So, give us a smile and let your youthful spirit shine out!

Think young, look young

You are as young as you think, and you don’t need surgery for that. It really is as much a physiological thing as it is physical. If you think young, then you will act younger and everyone will believe that you are younger, than you really are. Our lips are sealed, we won’t tell anyone!

Exercise four or more times a week

You’ll fend off muscle loss and sleep better when you exercise most days of the week. Combine cardiovascular exercise for heart and lungs, resistance exercise for muscles, stretching for flexibility and balance exercise for coordination.

Practice Good Hygiene.

This means showering every single day. I also like to shower before I go out at night to a party or club. Always wear deodorant, and if you like cologne, make sure it isn’t too strong. Nobody likes the guy who puts on too much fragrance.

Get a new haircut

Your hair is extremely important and can really make or break a face. If an attractive guy has a bad haircut, he will lose a few points on the looks scale. Find a nice haircut that is suitable for your face.

Change your wardrobe and dress well.

If you dress poorly it can really affect how people treat you, especially women. There are many social experiments on this actually. Remember to dress for your age. I see so many guys in their 20s wearing snapback hats and logo T-shirts, which makes them look like they are stuck in their teenage years
