If someone is unable to apologize in a satisfactory manner- expressing remorse; accepting responsibility, making amends, and commitment to not repeat the offense— avoid them. Nothing else matters. An apology is evidence of empathy and the ability to care about someone other than oneself. If someone cannot do this- they are absolutely toxic and most likely abusive.

The first person I should avoid is a selfish person. I feel I can not discuss with people like this, and this is very torturing me. Then the person I have to avoid is a sneaky person. People like this are very dangerous. he will do anything for his benefit. The next person I have to avoid is a liar. Such a person is of no benefit to the approach.
