<p>Depending on the time of year, I would either go camping, or I would cuddle up at home and just relax. If my wife was able to get some time off too, I might suggest that her and I go stay at a hotel somewhere and get away from everything for those three days. </p><p>It isn't surprising that a lot more businesses are starting  to give employees mental health days. The demands on our time and minds these days are far greater than people had to deal with in the past. Sometimes it is necessary to get away from the fast pace of life.</p>
