If you don't fail you may never know how to much it means to succeed. </p><p>Sam Collins even recommends failing in a routine. He identified it as a necessity to look inwards. </p><p>Failure doesn't mean the ends of the road, it simply means you've discovered one way it won't work. Some people just do things not because they want to but because they are have to. Sitting behind a desk all day isn't some people's picture of a dream career. For many of them, it will take a sack to get them thinking deeply. </p><p>In failure is the trigger to go on and achieve more. The fear of failure has actually held many people back because they feel they won't be able to handle the issues that will arise. Many people don't know that they are actually stronger than that. </p><p>There's such a thing as failing forward. It means you make progress with every fail until you hit success. </p><p>So, I'd recommend failing a few number of times. It shouldn't be planned but expected with the decision to never be held back when it happens. </p><p>I'm happy to have written this.
