<p>Smart work will always beat hard work. They are both good but smart work ranks higher in terms of productivity and results. </p><p>Hard work has never made anyone great in the true sense. It is smart work that makes the difference. </p><p>In my country, there are people who work very hard hard from sunrise till sunset but have nothing to show for it. These are the truck pushers, errand boys, even waste disposers. They do this but have not the incentive to progress. </p><p>Being on steemit is one smart move. I'm able to do what doesn't stress me physically and make some money that others don't. </p><p>There's a friend of mine which were both graduated together from college. He's currently teaching in a primary school and what he makes teaching from morning till evening, I make not stressing myself and even much more. He works hard but I work smarter. </p><p>Smart work is the real deal. </p>
