I collect comics but the old war comics not the modern ones. I have a collection of roughly 7500 not all are pristine but they are over 65 years old some of them now.</p>\n<p>They are worth anywhere between $10 000 and $30 000 but the longer you hold them and look after them the more they will be worth one day. It is an investment but in my eyes not a risk. They will be profitable one day and who knows what they will be worth. You cannot find them any more unless on the internet so they are rare.</p>\n<p>To answer your question as an investment if you are prepared to hold onto something for long enough that it becomes rare then you will make money but if you buy something that was mass produced I would say leave it alone.</p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"p33zljt8x","appParentAuthor":"dembele","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |
