The prices are reflective of the salaries that are obtainable.</p>\n<p>You could live in England and say the hose prices are crazy because you are converting into another currency. This doesn't work as if you are living and working there houses are expensive but they are still affordable.</p>\n<p>If you moved to Eastern Europe house prices are cheaper but then so are the salaries. In Europe houses may be 5 times cheaper but unless you are earning a top salary it is not cheap.</p>\n<p>What i noticed when I lived in England is that once you were in the housing market it was a lot easier to buy and sell and move up the ladder.
