Once the account reaches zero it would take around 30 hours before the account could comment again. Putting that into perspective the account could do 5 comments per week.</p>\n<p>If the account has the 15 Steem Power delegation it says that they can do 18/19 comments. This works out to around 4 comments per day allowing for the 20 percent recharge.
