Africa and India need to do something with their population as they cannot carry on the way they were.</p>\n<p>I know in Africa education is the key as the uneducated still have lots of children. They believe that the more children they have it will help them in old age as the children will look after them.</p>\n<p>Aids has helped keep the population down and still find it hard to believe that countries like South Africa still have 30-50 percent infection rates in the population.
