Steemit is a very challenging \"game\" and it takes time to understand all its goings on.</p>\n<p>You need to build your following and slowly increase them by engagement and using your vote to get their attention and show them you are serious. You need to be getting new followers everyday to achieve any growth.</p>\n<p>I have set a target of 10% growth per week which is not a cray number and is achievable if you stick to a game plan. I am on roughly 1200 SP currently and the plan is to have 5000 SP by or before March. </p>\n<p>A lot of things depend on this including the price of Steem. The lower the price the easier it is to accumulate. I am hoping it stays at a low price until February at least.I have found the more time I spend on here the more I earn so it doesn't take a genius to work out how many hours are needed to grow.</p>\n<p>There are some holidays coming up over New Year and Christmas so I am hoping to put extra time in then as well.
