Unfortunately, the search box doesn't always come up with the most accurate results once you start searching for multiple words or common single words. Sure, you can try multiple searches using different words related to your question, but that still won't guarantee whether a question has been asked or not.
\n
So, in this respect, the best advice I can give you is to just ask your question honestly. Personally, I don't think there is something wrong about repeating a question, especially if it is a topical one. And, as I have talked about extensively in several of my previous answers, as long as the person asking is sincere and is really looking for the answer to their question, and they are not asking questions for the sole purpose of spamming the platform, then that question is something that the community must embrace and acknowledge. Plus, there's also the possibility that the previous question was never answered or did not receive adequate answers.
\n
Hopefully, Musing.io will be able to improve their search function and, better yet, come up with an actual solution to help users find out if their question has already been asked and answered well in the past. But, until then, just be sincere in your question and you can always try your luck with the search box.
\n
Hope this helps.
","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"pk74uqnyq","appParentAuthor":"maxwellnewlife7","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |
