If you could prevent that from happening as a passenger, then you might be able to place his head on either the gas tank or handlebar (depending on the type of motorcycle). </p>\n<p>Now you could possibly take over the steering, to drive to the side and slow down. </p>\n<p>Though in reality, things would probably happen so quickly that you would just fall over.
