The pending transactions will not be finalized in such a case.</p>\n<p>Whether the blockchain will be dead forever or not, depends on other variance like, if it is a case of network outrage, then blockchain will be able to back and resume the operation. But if all the nodes have withdrawn, then the blockchain is dead.</p>\n<p>But let me tell you that it is a virtual case and good for analysis only. In practical consideration it is having very very low probability because of the reason that the blockchain is distributed all across the globe, so it is not practically possible that all the nodes will go offline.
