Actually it is always right or it happens that by the end of the fourth month, all resolution or plans made for 2019 may be easily forgotten due to some reasons.</p><p>I will say number one way one can sustain his or her new year plans is by writing them down, whenever it is been written down and when ever you also take a look to see the plans you have written down that you inter to fulfill, then it will guide you to always make you to remember both the ones you have done or the ones you haven't done yet or the ones you are doing presently that is not yet finished. With this, it will be difficult to easily forget the plans of the year you have written. sometimes when you are free, you can decide to go through the plans in the book you write it down and remember some to your brain. Not everybody brain can remember everything.</p><p>Secondly, in every new year resolution, you must be determined, actually as the year goes by, there are some things that may try to make you lose hope in the resolution you have made and may even tend to distract you from fufiling them but you need to be more determined and focus so as nothing will pull you down or make you to lose hope in the new year plans you have made and nothing will distract you from achieving them.</p><p>Thirdly, you must have confidence in yourself that you are capable of fulfilling this new year plans you have made by yourself.
