What is the best wallet for bitcoin transactions?

For me living in Thailand, the best online wallet is at coins.co.th which is an account that I also use to pay my electric,phone and water bills using bitcoin and can transfer bitcoin into fiat both cash and into a bank account. Excellent account and wallet but perhaps buy/sell ratio is slightly over average! There is also a Philippines version too.
