It means that there has been some thought put on the whole process so anything that changes along the way can be rectified as it happens. </p>\n<p>If you hadn't of planned you wouldn't know if something was wrong and wouldn't know how to fix it. You may get there in the end with the same result but it may take longer and may have cost you as well.</p>\n<p>In business last minute changes always cost more than if they had been planned properly.
