What stage in life do you think is the most critical?

Every stage of life is identically critical in it's importance. For example, you are a child & you don't know how to handle your emotions. You parents make wrongdoings to you & therefore induce trauma, a trauma you don't know how to handle & put in yourself instead

The trauma goes deeper inside of yourself, feeding more of you (energy) and at the same time being harder to remember

Later you go through your childhood, that trauma follows you & potentially even some new ones, let's say your school-buddies are bullying you

Instead of going through it, defeating you just have another trauma inside yourself, as you didn't learn how to cope with them while you were an infant

You finally came to your teenage years, thinking how you know something when in reality EGO is creating your reality. The same EGO that was formed out of all the unprocessed traumas you've undergone, since you were an infant & a child. Ego was formed in order to protect you, to make you something you aren't - but in reality it can't do it, only you can do your inner healing based on your understanding of your traumas. Therefore, the ego points you in wrong directions in life - probably drugs, sex, casual relationships etc making you search for yourself on the wrong places, when in reality all the true happiness lies deep inside yourself

You just need to break those negative energy bondages! But infancy made you do it, every single phase of your life is connected :) Not just that, even the lives (traumas) of your distant relatives affect you, as everything is getting carried through the genome code

Even your PAST LIFE! But that's something we can speak of some other time :P So yeah, pretty much everything matters... Every single phase of life is crucially important, good infancy could be most important as well since that's where most traumas are formed

On the other side, mid 20s could very well be the answer, as that is the time when you slowly wake up & if get on the right track, you can slowly start to unfold your traumas & do the healing you so much crave for

So the most precise answer would be, every single phase of your life is important. Every single day. And it's a new beginning, a new chance to become a "new self", "upgraded version of self" that is slowly changing itself (for the better) in order to change a world that is somewhat static.

This explains a lot. Hope you got over all of that shiet buddy! Life goes on, you know it. We shouldn't let the negatives of our past dictate our present and future. We should know better than that.
