<p>There are different brands you can buy I'm sure. All that matters is it contains the main ingredient I took it to cut weight when I was joining the military as a teenager. </p><p>It is NOT a pleasant experience. I will warn you now. You will need to prepare for this, and ensure you have access to a toilet for at least 24 hours. </p><p>You will experience cramping to the point of pain most likely, soreness from having to wipe so much, and a general feeling of nastiness, but it WILL clean you out better than most laxatives.</p>
