You would think whoever is selling mushrooms knows what they are selling.</p>\n<p>Maybe on this particular item I would do some research and support the farmers themselves. I would rather give the farmers my hard earned money than a supermarket. </p>\n<p>I would check with other buyers what they had purchased before and how reliable the farmer is.
